BCare
BCare offers complimentary Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant paratransit service for those who are unable or find it difficult to ride the system’s Regional, Oxford, and Middletown fixed routes. Anyone interested in utilizing BCare must complete and submit this application form. More information about BCare, including an explanation of the ADA certification process and rider guidelines, is available here.
BGo
BGo is BCRTA’s answer to Uber and Lyft. The curb-to-curb service is available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 11 PM in Butler County as well as a limited area along the I-75/I-275 corridor in Hamilton and Warren counties. Fares are $5.00 per trip. Preregistration is not required.
BGo also offers Oxford/Miami University SafeRide service from 10 PM to 3 AM Monday through Friday and 10 PM to 1 AM Sunday during Spring and Fall semesters. The service is available from 7 PM to Midnight Monday through Sunday during Summer semester. All SafeRides are free of charge.
BGo trips may be scheduled up to two weeks in advance via EZConnect or the BCGo app for Apple or Android devices.

Reasonable Modification Request
1. RTA makes every effort to ensure individuals with disabilities have access to and benefits from all our services. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and FTA requirements, we invite requests for reasonable modifications to customers with disabilities.
2. Reasonable modifications include changes, exceptions, or adjustments to our rules, policies, practices, and procedures to provide everyone with the opportunity to use all RTA services.
